Advanced Droid Tactics for version 1.20 and 1.21

As it is said on DroidTactics.com now:

“Doors Closed For Now
The recent changes in MegaDroid v1.20 have required me to re-asses the Advanced Droid Tactics methods and the optimal settings. For this reason I have decided to stop taking new customers until I can write up the latest settings. I will continue to support my existing customers as best as possible in light of these changes, but feel that it is not responsible to take on any new customers until I confirm that the ADT setups will still function properly and contain the most up-to-date settings ”

I totally disagree with this words. I had an official answer from MegaDroid support team and programmers. They said that changes made are going to improve it’s trading results. And it is noticeable from the backtests. They also said that ADT is still available for 1.20 and 1.21 versions. The reason of losing trades of ADT is that this strategy is not stable and much less profitable than standard MegaDroid on a big period of time. You can make backtests and see.

So the conclusion is that I DON”T RECOMMEND TO USE Advanced Droid Tactics.

There were no losers for the last period with MegaDroid v 1.21. I don’t agree with people, who are telling that 1.20 & 1.21 versions are worse than old ones.

As you see MegaDroid is still showing constant profits. This is the best robot on the market today. And it’s team is not sleeping – they are developing new updates and products.

MegaDroid team released new update version 1.21

Update e-mail:

The new version includes a much requested feature plus some fixes for
issues that were reported in the previous version:

- an OrderComments parameter has been requested many times and
has now been included. We suggest using this with caution as any
regular order attribute allows unscrupulous brokers to more easily
identify a particular EA

- the Version number displayed on the Inputs tab is now displayed in
a slightly different way to ensure that the correct (actual) version is
shown after performing an update

- an issue that could prevent RecoveryMode from functioning correctly
has been resolved

- changes to the Padding values are now implemented immediately
after clicking the OK button on the Inputs panel

- previously, the ReceiptCode was not always able to be saved due
to issues with Windows user account permissions – in such cases,
it was necessary to re-enter the ReceiptCode whenever MegaDroid
was attached to a chart. The code is now saved in two ways which
allows it to be retrieved even when user account permissions are
incorrect

- minor updates have been included in an updated manual

I recommend everyone to update his version, because this version fixed Recovery Mode.

Trading results for the last month

Last time MegaDroid trading was rather quiet. It didn’t have lots of trades but trades were almost all profitable, this means that MegaDroid is stable.

As I know MegaDroid team is designing something better right now, so I hope soon we will see the second birth of MegaDroid forex trading robot.

New MegaDroid version 1.20 released

After more than a month MegaDroid team released new version 1.20 with couple of new improvements. As I know this is very good update because trading strategy was improved and now it takes fewer losing trades. Support guy told me that Recovery Mode was working with some problems and now they are also fixed.

I highly recommend everyone to update their MegaDroid to this new version.

Officially new version includes:

• a revised strategy method which has resulted in better results in recent testing (trade frequency has improved too)
• NFA mode to allow correct operation with NFA-registered brokers who have adopted the “no hedging” and “FIFO” rules
• remote GMT offset checking via our trade server
• a much updated manual

Don’t forget to update your MegaDroid.

I don’t think that Advanced Droid Tactics is bad, I think that it’s not better than normal MegaDroid. Yes, you will have more trades, but it’s very dangerous to lose much more. As a proof I will publish backtest results for previous period:

Advanced Droid Tactics is performing well only in 2009. You can test it yourself and run backtests for 2008-2009, 2007-2008 and so on. You will see that this strategy is not stable as MegaDroid is. The feature of MegaDroid is that it’s accuracy is about 95%, this advanced tactics is much less accurate.

I’m not using ADT and don’t recommend that to you. MegaDroid team doesn’t recommend this advanced tactics also.
